Lloyd & Co combine a considerable understanding and application of employment law with first hand experience and knowledge of the workplace. We will work with you to identify the best strategy for you and your business, be that litigation, negotiation or mediation.
Prevention is better than cure.
Given the barrage of legal obligations and responsibilities which employers have to deal with on a daily basis, and the destructive burden of legal proceedings on business, we emphasise the need for pre-emptive action.
We will work carefully with you to draw up a strategy and process that minimises the potential of litigation, which inevitably leads to unnecessary costs and time away from business.
We offer a comprehensive service to all our employer clients.
Lloyd & Co specialise in all aspects of UK employment law, covering issues such as bullying in the workplace, maternity leave rights, TUPE law, redundancy law, Compromise agreements , contracts of employment, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, unfair dismissal and racial discrimination, national minimum wage, as well as other employment law matters.
